What is it about dragonflies on little kids clothing or bedding that make them irresistible. You just want to go out and buy them. I know I do. It reminds me of the top my daughter used to wear. It had dragonflies on it in rainbow colours. It was long almost like a dress and she wore it with tights underneath. One of my favourites for her.
There is a new baby girl bedding set that I saw dragonflies on a pink background that is so adorable. The set is called “Just Buggy” and it is made by Glenna Jean. Just Buggy is made up of caramel velvets, chocolate, and cocoa fabrics mixed with whimsical ladybugs and dragonflies on a soft raspberry ground. It is also accented with colorful pom pom trim. Who could resist this delightful design?
Here is another baby bedding set to add to the wonderful pink and brown collection of crib bedding. I love it. I think pink and brown is so great for a little girl’s room. Glenna Jean has a Coco Bedding Set available in pinks and browns. It is a sweet bedding in soothing shades of strawberries and cream trimmed in chocolate and finished with a tassel trim. Many accessories are also available to compliment the set. The mobile is just adorable. It has a cute umbrella like canopy for the top with little brown teddy bears hanging from it. Pillows in various sizes and patterns, a diaper stacker, a window valance are one of the many accessories you can purchase with the set. The nursery can be painted either pink, brown or even a taupe to compliment the bedding.
I was looking through a magazine and saw a great idea for a baby’s room. It is especially great if you are having your first baby and know it is a girl but also want to have more kids down the road. Many parents use the same nursery for all their kids and this decor idea saves you from repainting the room.
First you paint the walls blue. A nice sea blue. Nothing too dark. Purchase a pink and brown baby bedding set with matching accessories to decorate the room. These colours look great together. The pink and browns give the room that little girl look and the blue wall compliments it perfectly. Just think if you have a boy next time you don’t have to repaint the walls.
When deciding on colours for your nursery decor what comes to mind? I have two girls and if I were to do it all over again I would choose pink and brown colours. I really like this combination. If you are not a real girly girl and not into pink and white ruffles then these are the perfect combination of colours.
You can find pink and brown baby bedding in many styles and themes. It comes in stripes, polka dots, checks, flowered etc. All sorts of accessories are also available that match the crib sets. You can purchase window valances, musical mobiles, diaper stackers, toy bags, hamper sets, frame sets and matching decorative pillows to go with your pink and brown bedding. Decorating made easy.
In my last post, I introduced the Blueberry baby bedding set by Trend Lab and I mentioned how I believe that the blueberry is quite possibly the cutest fruit out there and that it is a great choice for a crib bedding theme. The only problem with the blueberry as a baby bedding theme is that is blue and if you are a little lady, that might not be that great.
So, the obvious thing to do is to change the blue in the blueberry set to pink and voila, there you have the little girls version of this cute set. Everything else stays the same as far as the patterns and the material. Well, the very latest in baby girl crib bedding by Trend Lab is called Bubblegum. Bubblegum qualifies as a cute candy because of the soft round bubbles that come to mind when I mention bubble gum.
You can find the Bubblegum set on the baby girl page at OurBabyBedding.com. Now if you are having boy/girl twins, then this is an awesome choice for twins baby bedding. The Max and Maya sets better watch out because Blueberry and Bubblegum are quickly gaining in popularity.
In addition to adding some adorable and trendy new baby bedding sets to their lineup, Trend Lab Baby has created new nursery photos of their existing and most popular collections. These new room shots show the baby bedding collections arranged in painted nurseries in more of a clean and crisp arrangement so that you can get a better view of the bedding sets and most of the available matching accessories.
For example, check out the popular Blossoms crib bedding set by Trend Lab Baby shown here. One of the key differences between this photo and the previous room shot for this set is that comforter is folding neatly over the crib rail instead of being laid across the crib mattress. Also, in the photo, you can get a good look at the many matching accessories such as the hamper, frame sets, diaper stacker, window valances, storage bins and the baby chair.
You can see all the new room shots on the Trend Lab Baby webpage at OurBabyBedding.com

We are happy to be one of the first retail sites to carry the new baby bedding collections by Taylor Joelle Designs. We first introduced the Mocha Dot collection by Taylor Joelle a couple of months ago and it quickly become very popular with its micro suede blue and brown design.
Taylor Joelle has just now completed the Pink and Chocolate 9 Piece baby girl bedding set and it is now available at OurBabyBedding.com. This is a classic set that emphasizes classic design elements such as polka dots and stripes. The 9 pieces included in this set are a bumper, fitted sheet, quilt, crib skirt, 2 window valances, diaper stacker, toy bag, a decorative pillow. These 9 items will pretty much complete the nursery, however if you are looking for additional items that are not offered by Taylor Joelle but match the set pretty well, take a look at the Maya collection by Trend Lab. In the Maya collection, you will be able to find additional accessories in pink and brown dot and stripes such as hampers, storage bins, and mobiles.
Many of our customers routinely ask us what is included in a typical baby bedding set. The large majority of crib sets offered at OurBabyBedding.com and many other fine internet retailers are composed of 4 pieces. In most cases, the 4 pieces include a crib skirt, a bumper, a fitted sheet, and a coverlet, comforter or baby blanket. Sometimes you will find 5 and 6 piece sets which would also include items such as a diaper stacker and/or a hamper. At OurBabyBedding.com, we have created our own baby bedding bundles which are basically an entire nursery in one easy to order and affordable bundle. For example, if you take a look at the wildly popular Max and Maya sets by Trend Lab Baby, we have created complete 9 piece nursery bundles which include the main 4 pieces as mentioned above plus a diaper stacker, window valance, hamper, mobile and a 2 piece frame set. When you purchase all these items as a bundle you will realize substantial savings. We put these bundles together to hopefully make decorating the entire nursery with co-ordinating pieces more affordable. We also offer an 8 piece bundle in the popular Lollipops and Roses collection by Cottontale Designs.
Today I wanted to highlight a couple of crib sets that have been really popular lately for parents expecting boy and girl twins. They are the Brooke and Bailey baby bedding 4 piece sets by BananaFish. The Bailey set will add a touch of class for your baby boy’s side of the nursery with its rich brown damask design complemented with blue and brown stripes. The Brooke set shows off the rich brown damask design as well but it is complemented with the pink and brown stripes which is so popular
these days for baby girl bedding sets. At OurBabyBedding.com we have gathered these sets as well as other complementary sets from BananaFish and other designers on one page for those parents expecting boy and girl twins and shopping for baby bedding for twins.
